Having migrated from India to the US and calling Houston his home for the past ten years, Himanshu is currently a Vice President in the Acquisition and Divestitures team at Wells Fargo investment bank and advises energy companies. Prior to this, Himanshu was a petroleum engineer at BP for six years and worked on onshore and offshore projects and in different countries. His passions involve advancing energy accessibility while focusing on sustainability. In his free time, Himanshu enjoys woodworking, watching Longhorn games and volunteering at Houston Food Bank. Himanshu joined HREG to meet like-minded people passionate about energy and to expand his knowledge in the cleantech space while making a positive impact on the community.

Himanshu currently holds a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology at Kharagpur.
