What is the cost for a booth?

10’ x 10’ booth is $275
20’ x 20’ booth is $425
*After June 15th the booths will increase by $100.

What do I get with a booth?

With the purchase of a booth you will receive two box lunch meals and beverages.

The booth will include either a 10’x10’ or 20’x20’ table and two sets of chairs, along with power strips to charge your electronics.

Will I have access to electricity?

Yes, you will have access to electricity. There will be outlets in the auditorium and we will provide power strips in order to charge your computers and small electronics at your booth. It is not recommended to bring larger electronics or light up signage.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, there will be free parking in the garage located at United Way. There will be approximately 450 spaces available. 

Do career fair attendees need to register in advance?

Yes, career fair attendees will need to register in advance via the HREG website google form. 

Who is the target audience for this career fair?

The target audience is broad and will range from students and post graduates, to young professionals with technical training and those transitioning from the Oil & Gas sector. Our career fair will target audiences from all arenas who are interested in the Renewable Energy and Sustainability sector.

Will our company be advertised, if so on what platforms?

Yes, we will regularly advertise the career fair on multiple social media platforms, such as Linkedin, Instagram, the HREG Newsletter and Facebook. In addition, we will be advertising through multiple sustainability related organizations, nonprofits and radio stations such as NPR, KPFT, and so on.

Will there be a discount on booth prices for being or becoming a HREG sponsor?

Yes, there will be a discount for being a HREG sponsor. The size of the discount will depend on the level of HREG sponsorship. There are four sponsorship levels with discounts ranging from 5% to 30%.

• The “Watt” sponsorship level costs $500 with a 5% discount on the
career fair
• The “Kilowatt” sponsorship level costs $750 with a 10% discount on
the career fair
• The “Megawatt” sponsorship level costs $1000 with a 15% discount
on the career fair
• The “Gigawatt” sponsorship level costs $2000 with a 30% discount on
the career fair

What will you be expecting of our company?

It is expected that you will be able to set up and take down your booth within the allotted time slots. There will be 1-1.5 hours before the event to set up, as well as 1-1.5 hours after the event to take everything down.

How many companies will be attending?

There will be anywhere from 15 to 30 companies attending the career fair.
